I am a photojournalist and documentary photographer from the UK.

I’ve always had a love of storytelling which has lead to my work in photojournalism. I began documenting my life in Hanoi on film after moving to Asia in 2019 to work as a teacher.

Throughout the years, my practice has developed significantly and I have sought to work collaboratively whilst living in cultures that I am not from. I focus on teaching communities and marginalised voices to use documentary photography as a tool of empowerment. I believe that parts of the world have only been documented through a colonial lens; through workshops, I have worked with marginalised voices around the world to authentically document their culture in a safe and empowering environment.

I studied an MA in Photojournalism & Documentary Photography at University of Arts London, graduating in 2024.

I currently live in London where I am continuing to develop my practice. I also work in the theatre industry and frequently take production and rehearsal images.

I have a cat called Porridge and when I’m not taking photos I enjoy cooking, running and going to the pub.
